Heat Deep. Recover Faster. Train Again Sooner.

Infrared saunas work differently than traditional steam — the heat penetrates tissue directly, which is why athletes and hard trainers reach for them on the days their body needs the most. If recovery is part of your training plan, this is the tool that makes it feel intentional instead of passive.

Questions We Get a Lot

Far infrared uses a single wavelength that penetrates deep into tissue and is what most people are referring to when they say 'infrared sauna.' Full spectrum adds near and mid infrared wavelengths on top of that, which some users prefer for layering different depths of heat exposure. If you're new to infrared, either format will get you into a meaningful sweat — full spectrum just gives you more range to work with over time.

Most single-person cabinets fit comfortably in a spare room, garage bay, or basement corner — think roughly the footprint of a large armchair plus clearance on all sides for airflow and door swing. The two-person option needs a bit more floor space but still works in a standard home gym environment. Measure your ceiling height too — these are standing-height cabinets and you want a few inches of clearance above.

Most infrared cabinets reach a usable temperature in roughly 10 to 20 minutes, which is significantly faster than a traditional steam sauna. The actual time depends on the model's wattage and your room's ambient temperature — a cold garage in winter will take a few minutes longer than a climate-controlled room. Most people use the warm-up window to finish their cooldown or prep mentally before stepping in.

About Our Infrared Saunas

You trained hard this week. Your body is keeping score. The problem isn't that you don't value recovery — it's that passive rest feels like doing nothing, and doing nothing feels like falling behind. That's the psychological trap, and an infrared sauna is one of the most direct ways out of it. Unlike conventional heat sources that warm the air around you, infrared heats from the inside out, which is why a session at a lower ambient temperature can feel more intense and more useful than sitting in a steam room twice as hot. The format works for a wide range of people — strength athletes, endurance runners, people managing the slow grind of daily stress on their joints and nervous system. When you're choosing one, think about cabinet size relative to your space, wood type and how it holds up to sustained heat cycles, wattage and heat-up time, and whether you want a single wavelength or the full spectrum. The goal isn't luxury. It's showing up to your next session with something left in the tank.
